PREFABRICATED CONTAINER STRUCTURE BUILDING

Introduction

Containerized Prefab Building is a custom product based on the ISO shipping container. Openings can be made on the containers to install doors and Windows according to the requirements.

All the work can be completed in the factory including insulation and decoration, even installation for furniture and sanitary fittings. After protecting the openings, the modified container can be transported as a ISO shipping container.

This product is widely used as semi-permanent buildings, such as Offices, Dormitories, Storage, Canteen, etc.

Modified Container Insulation Structure

Lotus Sandwich panel is a kind of eco-friendly green material, no need electroplating and painting, which can save energy and lifted pollution problems such as waste water and waste gas. The characteristics of sandwich panel are moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, durable, easy to clean, easy to install, light weight, etc., so the products are widely used in the apartment, hotel, modular building, hospital, natural disaster emergency house, vessels and other interior areas.

Flatpack electrical system are highly prefabricated in factory and all wire and conduits are embedded in the roof frame and wall panels.

Flatpack plumbing system are highly prefabricated in factory and most of the pipe system are embedded in the floor frame.

Water supply pipe: PEX,PP-R or etc.. As per the requirement

Drainage pipe: HDPE,PVC and etc.. As per the requirement

All Sanitary ware: Toilet, Shower Set, Wash basin and etc. are equipped as per the requirement

Packing and Delivery

Container houses are similar to shipping containers when transported,container house can be transported as a whole. Temporary sealing plates can be added at the doors and windows and glued during transportation.
