PREFABRICATED DETACHABLE BUILDING

Introduction

The Flat-pack Prefab House is a kind of modular prefab structure, consisting of light steel frame and thermal insulation material. It is a new type of energy conservation and environment protection house which is easy and convenient to install.
The Flat pack structure enables the containers to combine in longitudinal and transverse directions without limits, or be stacked in 2 floors or 3 floors in height.
This product is widely used in temporary buildings, such as Offices, Dormitories, Storage, Canteen, Economical hotels, etc. And product service life time is about 15 years.

Flat-pack Insulation Structure
Flat pack container has independent drainage system which includes the gutter at the roof and the foot of the wall. Four draining pipes were installed in the four pillars to connect the roof and floor. This allows the flat pack containers not only to be used independently, but also to used in multiple combinations without any worrying about leakage.

Flatpack electrical system are highly prefabricated in factory and all wire and conduits are embedded in the roof frame and wall panels.

All Sanitary ware: Toilet, Shower Set, Wash basin and etc. are equipped as per the requirement

Packing and Delivery


During the transportation,the Flat-pack building will be loaded into 40HQ by 3 packages:
1.The roof frame and floor frame will be packed together;
2.All wall panels will also be packed together;
3.All other accessories will be loaded into the container as parts.
