The prefab B-type houses are custom-made products, and the materials used are of good process ability and are designed separately according to the specific requirements of the customers. The depth and the size of the opening is not fixed, and the layout is flexible, which can meet the needs of most customers. The wall and ceiling of the prefab B-type house are color-painted steel sandwich panels, and there is an air cavity between the external roof and internal ceiling. The overall insulation effect of the house is good, and additional ceiling is not required. The prefab B-type house is easy to install, and the component is connected by rivet and self-tapping screws. The slope of the prefab B-type house’s external roof is relatively large (15 degrees), which is good for drainage. The prefab B-type houses panels are tightly inserted, and sealing treatment between the wall panels, and between the wall panels and the floor, which make the better sealing effect of the housing.
